Business Support Officer
Temporary on going contract
Monday - Friday
0900-1700
£18.76per hour
Must have the following to be considered:
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Experience of working in a busy public office
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
The role is primarily office based and focuses mainly on managing homelessness presentations and enquiries, face-to-face, via email and over the phone, as well as other duties like scanning documents, opening the post and performing credit and Land Registry checks.
