Our client is a leader in the field of high-end residential refurbishment projects, known for their commitment to quality and excellence. They specialise in complex, luxury renovations and are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations on the construction site
  • Managing the project timeline and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols
  • Problem-solving and addressing any site issues promptly
  • Reporting progress to senior management
  • Adapt to 'hybrid' combination of new build structures, such as subterranean extensions, with extensive alteration and refurbishment of existing buildings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in high-end residential refurbishment projects
  • Strong joinery background
  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
