A leading civil engineering contractor are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. You will be working on a very exciting project with leading clients in this field and working within an established team of quantity surveying professionals. Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
  • Procurement of materials
  • Managing and pricing change
  • Managing subcontractors / labour
  • Raising early warnings and managing change events
  • Completing cost variation reports
  • Getting involved with client and stakeholder liaison
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
  • Background working for a civil engineering contractor.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a high pressure environment.
  • Proven experience within the utilities/civils sector.
  • Understanding of NEC forms of contract
  • Degree qualified
  • Professionally qualified - ideal.
