Architectural Visualiser Job in Chorley, Lancashire
Architectural Visualiser job joining a new AJ100, as a practice their specialism is healthcare with projects across the UK. They are currently working on Projects of up to £1bn in value. For this role, they're offering up to £30,000, 3 days working from home, and a healthcare scheme
The practice has an ever-growing portfolio of healthcare projects and a team of just under 100 people including designers, architects, and technicians. They are currently looking for an architectural visualiser to work closely with the team lead to produce high-quality imagery for the practice.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Producing renders in Lumion and Enscape
- Working closely with and reporting to the visualisation team lead
- Work alongside Architects and practice managers
- Your day-to-day could vary from hand illustration to integration of Revit models, collaboratively working within the BIM structure
- Production of presentation materials and imagery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year in practice experience, however they consider part 1 applications
- You must have experience using rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape
- It is desirable for you to previously used Revit but this is not essential
- You must be able to live and work within the UK
- You must hold a relevant BSc in Architecture
- You will need a car and a valid drivers licence due to office location.
