Temp to perm role
The Planned Works Administrator will form a link between subcontractor, client and financial teams whilst reporting to the contracts manager and contracts supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Scheduling operatives
- Data input for quotes and jobs
- Organisation of job specifications and backing documents
- Maintain trackers within excel
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks without direction in order to meet business goals
- Comfortable with technology and software
- Proficient in MS Office, including confidently using excel
- Knowledge of office procedures and processes
- Proven admin experience
- Proactive in task management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
