Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Property Manager within the London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Progression: Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring all pre-tenancy requirements are met.
  • Pre-Tenancy Arrangements: Coordinate safety certifications, cleaning, inventories, and any other pre-tenancy preparations.
  • Property Walk-Through: Conduct first-day walk-throughs with tenants to ensure readiness.
  • Financial and Documentation Checks: Verify receipt of initial payments and completion of required documentation before key release.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Maintenance Management: Address maintenance issues promptly via Fixflo, adhering to SLA guidelines.
  • Safety Compliance: Organiserenewals for gas and electrical safety certificates, EPCs, and ensure alarm compliance.
  • Invoice Processing: Approve maintenance invoices within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Property Inspections: Perform mid-term inspections, report findings to landlords, and resolve any issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure landlords and tenants meet all statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Tenancy Renewals: Facilitate tenancy renewals, including rent adjustments and agreement of new terms.
  • Notice Management: Handle tenant notices and prepare landlord notices as needed.
  • End-of-Tenancy Procedures: Conduct check-out inspections and manage the deposit return process, including any necessary disputes.
  • Office Assistance: Welcome office visitors and assist with inquiries.
  • Legislation Knowledge: Stay updated on lettings legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data entry and update any missing information.
