CSA Construction Manager

Starting ASAP on a one year contract.

Clear Engineering are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager in the heart of London.

Your responsiblies will include:

  • Overseeing and managing all construction activities on site ensuring projects are completed within schedule, cost and quality parameters
  • Work with the logistics, scheduling and constuction teams
  • Develop and achieve project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in particapation with the Project Manager.
  • Organise and oversee all site activities including sub-contractor management, quality control, procurement as well as H&S compliance.
  • Oversee and report the projects progress to the Project Manager presenting any possible risks or problems
  • Manage and motivate a team of site personall providing clear instruction to assist with reaching project goals
  • Have a positive mindset implenting this into the work enviroment, encouraging team work and individual growth
  • Organise weekly performance evaluations, highlighting training requirements and providing any assitance that may be required
  • Ensuring the site team adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Building and maintaing strong client, consultant and sub- contactor relationships
  • Lialise between the project team and external stake holders ensuring effective communaction

Qualfications :

  • NVQ Level 7
  • Degree in Construction Management
  • Ideally 5 years + experience in the data centre industry or similar field
  • Strong IT skills ; microsoft office etc
