Salary: £38,550 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Multi Carpenter to join the in-house reactive maintenance service covering Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith repairs, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs/refits, etc.
- Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
