Dove and hawk are working with a successful private London based property investment and development company based in the city on their search for a Commercial Lettings Negotiator.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant and dynamic lettings team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player with a particular drive to carry out viewings, conduct negotiations with perspective tenants and carry our administrative duties where required.

The role includes regional and London based site visits, with the following primary responsibilities:

Day to Day duties: This list is not exhaustive.

  • Responsible for overseeing regional commercial portfolio.
  • Scheduling and leading viewings.
  • Conducting negotiations with prospective tenants.
  • Undertaking preparation of letting documents including Heads of Terms and completion statements.

  • Professional and presentable
  • High level communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in London property market in commercial
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary - £50-£60K Per Annum
Hours- Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 05:30pm - travel in around London for property visits.
