Job Title: Plumber- Cylinder Installations
Location: Birmingham
1-2 weeks work.
Monday to Friday. Start Monday 5th.
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and proficient plumber to handle cylinder installations in high-rise residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, particularly in the installation and maintenance of hot water cylinders. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in multi-story environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair hot water cylinders in high-rise residential buildings.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with building management and residents to schedule and execute installations with minimal disruption.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies during installations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from residents and building management.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber with a focus on cylinder installations.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid plumbing certification and relevant licenses.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the job.
- CSCS, ASBESTOS AWARENESS, MANUAL HANDLING, FACE FIT, G3 CERTIFICATE
