Job Title: Estate Technician - Grounds Maintenance
Location: Weston Super Mare, BS32
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Per Annum
Hours: 40 Hours
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our clients Estate Service team in Weston Super-Mare. The role will involve working in a team of two carrying out ground maintenance tasks.
Job Role
- Grass cutting and gutter cleaning
- Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a use-able condition
- Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
- Responding to complaints and breakdowns
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full Driving License
- Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths
- British Institute certificate in cleaning services (BICS), NVQ 2 in Horticulture or similar (Desirable)
A van and tools will be provided.
