NEC Supervisor Job in Birmingham, for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy, working on civils/infrastructure projects in Birmingham and surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates with NEC contract knowledge to work in their Clerk of Works / Site Inspection team. Offering a salary of up to £55,000 + Car Allowance of £3.5k - £4.5k dependent if chartered + healthcare + 4.5% Pension match.

Our client provides a multidisciplinary service from inception to completion, across infrastructure, residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects. To be considered you must have NEC Supervisor experience. The role will also involve meetings with suppliers in Portugal and Netherlands, so you must be willing to travel abroad when necessary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure works comply with NEC Contract
  • Safety Assurance and Risk Management
  • Maintain project progress records
  • Aid with design adaptation where required
  • Work closely with contractors, design teams, client staff and quantity surveyors throughout the lifecycle of projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with NEC contracts
  • Civils / Infrastructure project experience
  • MICWCI, CABE or CIOB although relevant experience would also be considered
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
