Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a large, established independent estate agency, who are passionate about providing a truly personal service to their clients. They are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team, in Essex. This is a great opportunity to get into the industry with fantastic training & progression.

Your Role:

  • Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs and recommend suitable rental properties.
  • Build a solid understanding of our property portfolio.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants.

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior industry experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Proven success in a competitive, customer-focused environment.
  • Enthusiasm, competitiveness, and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary between £18,000 - £19,000 per annum, plus car allowance, bonuses, and financial incentives, with an achievable OTE of around £22,000 - £26,000 per annum.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (you'll have a day off during the week when working on Saturday). Branch opening hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm on Friday, and 8:30am - 5:00pm on Saturday.
