General Labourer / Driver

Salary: £11.00 - £15.00 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.

You must have your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping compound clean and tidy including cleaning the toilet and the canteen/office
  • Keeping scaffold tidy, put scaffold ladders up each day and take them down.
  • Take in site deliveries
  • Drive to other sites when required to do the same, and any other labouring duties that come up.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • CSCS Card
  • Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
  • Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
