JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Handyman to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a building in Wakefield. Our client is looking for an reliable and enthusiastic handyman to join the team.
The Maintenance Handyman role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Fabric duties
- Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements for the role
