Customer Service Coordinator - Part time hours

  • Immediate Start
  • Temporary Contract
  • Birmingham City Centre
  • 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities Included:

  • Providing first-line technical support to clients and customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
  • Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing general enquiries


Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with helpdesk software and other technical tools
  • Proactive
  • Can-do attitude
