Customer Service Coordinator - Part time hours
- Immediate Start
- Temporary Contract
- Birmingham City Centre
- 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities Included:
- Providing first-line technical support to clients and customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing general enquiries
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with helpdesk software and other technical tools
- Proactive
- Can-do attitude
