One of our key clients working in the social housing sector are currently recruiting for a Contract Liaison Officer to join one of their growing teams within the Basingstoke area.

JOB ROLE:

  • Keep a high level of communication with customers via telephone and email as well as internal and external teams.
  • Sending out customer correspondence (i.e appointment reminders and general information).
  • Issuing customer contracts.
  • Book installations with customers.
  • Feed back to Project Managers with any customer queries and/or remedial work required.
  • Collect compliance documentation from customers and upload to our CRM system.
  • Complete administrative tasks provided by line manager such as: emailing, call handling, quality checks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • IT Skills (Word, Excel)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Desired Skills (not essential):

  • Experience using a CRM system
