Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a wide range of carpentry repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied properties
- Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
