Role: Site Manager Salary: €55,000 and company car/van Location: Donabate You're a Site Manager who would relish the opportunity to join an established and welcoming team working from our Donabate office and travelling nationwide. With a background in site management, you'll be confident in working both independently and with wider areas of the business. You'll be learning from the best, joining an ambitious and supportive team with extensive company and industry experience. You will ensure successful management of construction activities and successfully deliver our projects in line with safety, programme, cost and quality objectives. There will be travel to various sites throughout Ireland as required. Role Responsibilities
  • To manage all site activities to ensure that safety, programme, cost and quality objectives are met.
  • To support with site visits to better understand installation requirements, price installation of stand alone cabins and modular buildings.
  • Responsible for developing lift plans for lifting activities on customer sites nationwide.
  • To create a safe working environment on site and ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Portakabin Site Operations Manual and relevant processes.
  • To be the primary contact for all Portakabin Group employees and contractors and has first line responsibility for all activities on site.
As a Site Manager you'll have:
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience within the crane and lifting industry
  • Ability to add value and drive business improvements
  • Confident decision making and influencing skills
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Full Irish driving license
