We're seeking a Plumber to join the responsive repairs team of a not-for-profit housing association, helping to maintain affordable homes across Greenwich.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks within resident's homes including fitting sanitary ware, fault finding, and repairing leaks.
- Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Basic Criminal Record Check
