Job Title: Painter - Social Housing and Building Works
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week.
Start Monday 28th Oct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply various types of paint and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project success.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter, with a focus on social housing and building works.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- CSCS
- Own brushes and tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
- Full driving license is preferred.
