New opportunity for a Business Development Director job in New York with a leading architecture and design firm, focusing in aviation projects across the Eastern regions of the US. Offering a salary of up to $170,000 plus extensive benefits and stock-ownership potential!

Now looking to expand their business development team with a Business Development Director who will assist with fostering existing client relations and development new business opportunities across New York and the Eastern US regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee and track business development efforts while collaborating with leadership to execute effective project pursuit strategies
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the project pursuit process
- Maintain a robust network of industry contacts and facilitate access to their networks for business support
- Plan and attend industry events and conferences
- Assist in managing the Aviation Studio Business Development budget for the Eastern Region
- Build partnerships with a diverse network of professionals and collaborate with other directors to generate leads
- Work with Aviation BD Directors to cultivate national and international relationships and opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in business, or similar
- 5+ years of industry experience (architecture, construction or engineering)
- Experience in the aviation industry strongly preferred
- Proven background in business development.
