Senior Architectural Technician Job in Central London

Senior Architectural Technician job now available working with a close-knit team based in its London office. The role would see you take a lead role in the later stages of public and residential projects. The role offers benefits such as hybrid working.

This practice has built a strong reputation for its success in bespoke residential projects and smaller residential developments. Operating from offices in London and Winchester, they prioritise fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff well-being and a healthy work-life balance.

With a growing portfolio that includes several residential projects and an exciting public project in London, they are now looking to expand their team. They are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with outstanding Revit skills and proven experience in project delivery to join their dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Production of technical detailing drawings

  • Responsibility for the delivery of projects

  • Co-ordinate with external consultants

  • Complete site inspections, manage on site procedures and liaise with contractors

  • Work through RIBA stages 4-7

  • Visiting and onsite involvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Revit skills are essential

  • Ideally 4 years' relevant post qualification experience

  • Experience working on multi-unit projects in London

  • Proven experience in RIBA stages 4-7 is essential

  • Technical design and detailing skills using 3D BIM

  • Experience with contract administration and on-site management

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with team members

  • Excellent English, both written and verbal

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

What you get back

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
