We have a new opportunity for a qualified Plumber to join the responsive repairs team for a local contractor to work across council owned properties within the City of Westminster.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a variety of responsive or planned plumbing tasks within occupied and void properties
- Repairing leaks, repairing or replacing toilet seats, shower heads or hoses, unblocking waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes, etc.
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes.
- Producing concise and accurate data records through PDA / mobile communication systems and reporting, including feedback on vulnerabilities within the community, the use of labour and materials and if tasks are deliverable in the time allocation.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating
- Unvented Hot Water Cylinder G3 (desirable)
