JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are advertising for potential upcoming roles in the Manchester/Salford Area on a new build high rise residential site and commerical aspects
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out 2nd and final fix work on new build apartments including doors, skirts and arcs, kitchen's & bathrooms
- Small amounts of fit out on reception areas
Requirements for the role
- CSCS Blue or Gold Card
- Previous experience in working on apartments / high rise residential
On offer is a competitive hourly rate of £23 per hour.
