Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of major technical programs targeting both colocation and hyperscale builds
- Drive projects from inception through customer or business turnover
- Assist with building and maintaining cost models for new market entry and build to suit construction projects both nationally and internationally
- Conduct technical review of construction plans with understanding of architectural design within data center environment
Background Required
- Experienced Mechanical Design Manager/ Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Background in data centers or working on mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of construction cost estimating methods and development of scopes of work
- Ability to understand construction project scopes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or similar
