Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Our client a fitout company are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for their expanding team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management of project budgets, cost plans and feasibility studies as appropriate.
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders.
- Monthly valuations and variations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minium 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of the various forms of contract used in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques and systems.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness.
- Strong numeracy and report writing skills.
- Strong negotiation & conflict management skills and Process oriented with focus on results.
- Strong attention to detail
