SALES MANAGER - HOLBORN, MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an established independent estate agency who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their office in Holborn. This will suit an experienced property professional who is looking to join a successful office in the heart of Holborn.

Duties/functions of the role:

  • Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
  • Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
  • Registering applicants, arranging and attending viewings.
  • Managing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Able to win new business.


Requirements of the role:

  • 5 years experience within sales in prime central London
  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Salary Budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £60,000 - £80,000 OTE

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
