Our client are a leading provider of advanced colocation and data centre solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Brussels. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact for all service-related matters.
- Conduct regular service reviews to discuss performance, SLAs, and future requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of customer projects, including space allocation, equipment installation, and connectivity setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, facilities, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain uptime, security, and efficiency across the data centre infrastructure.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and security standards within the data centre.
- Support the COO & Site Operations Manager in developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to capacity planning to ensure the data centre is equipped to meet customer growth and evolving requirements.
Personal Requirements
- Proven track record in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably within the data centre, telecoms, or IT infrastructure
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing customer relationships in a client-facing role.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage incidents and escalations effectively.
- Ability to oversee complex customer implementations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
