The Early Careers Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with potential candidates and building relationships with educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement early careers recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with universities and colleges to promote opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce needs.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.
  • Help to innovate, enhance, and develop our apprentice, graduate and industrial placement programmes
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and mentors across the business.
  • Oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account and report on usage of the apprenticeship levy fund.
  • Arrangements to facilitate regular networking and development days for their apprentices and graduates. Attend and promote at job and career fairs, assemblies and events in schools to actively promote Apprenticeships.
  • Maintain databases for apprenticeships, graduates, Create monthly data reports on progress against metrics.

About you:

  • Expertise in apprenticeship standards, Digital Apprenticeship Service, and collaborating with training providers.
  • Proven experience in Early Careers, Emerging Talent, or Learning & Development roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in relationship management, thriving in a highly collaborative team environment.
