  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, monitoring, and updating detailed project budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with project goals and cost control measures.
  • Procurement: Leading the procurement process for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and adherence to project timelines.
  • Cost Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular cost reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, forecasts, and any potential financial risks.
  • Change Management: Evaluating variations and change orders, negotiating pricing, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing advice to mitigate risks while maximizing project value.
  • Subcontractor Management: Overseeing subcontractor agreements to ensure performance aligns with contract specifications and resolving any disputes efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on commercial matters.
