Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a sector-leading company specialising in fire and security systems in the South London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Support Manager to join their team covering reactive, remedial and small works calls ensuring delivery as per the contracted KPI's on the contract.

Duties:

  • Managing incoming reactive, remedial and small works calls so that calls are attended too within the contractual guidelines from the engineer teams.
  • Managing calls over 10 days old that are of an exception and outside of customer KPI
  • Implementation of specialist subcontractor works if required
  • Enforce company policy on Health & Safety
  • Responsibility for complying with and implementing the Q&E management system within their area of activity
  • Any other relevant duties as appropriate to the role as assigned by the Contract Manager
  • Holiday cover, covering Contract Manager and Operations Support Manager
  • Post Inspections, attend a percentage of calls that have been completed to ensure high levels of engineer performance
  • Hybrid role with 50% office/home based & 50% field based

Key Performance Areas:

  • Managing workflow
  • Weekly review of timesheets
  • Reporting issues to Contract Manager
  • Evaluating performance and providing feedback
  • To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications needed:

  • A good technical knowledge on Fire, Door entry, Access control and CCTV systems
  • Must have hands on experience of working with engineering teams
  • Experience of Health & Safety requirements
  • Competent IT skills (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
