Dove & Hawk are now working with a respected estate agency specializing in the vibrant property markets of Bow, Canary Wharf, East Ham, West Ham, Limehouse, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our hardworking, close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio that includes new regeneration developments and modern new builds, all while delivering exceptional client service and maximizing rental opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings, providing expert advice and guidance to clients on rental properties.
  • Negotiate rental terms and agreements, achieving the best outcomes for landlords and tenants.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to address concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities using your market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the lettings team to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
  • Stay informed about property market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to provide top-tier advice.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in estate agency sales (valuation experience preferred).
  • Driving: Full UK driving license and own vehicle required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple properties effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.


What They Offer

  • Basic Salary: £25,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £60,000
  • Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 10 additional days), plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regeneration-focused market with properties ranging from £250K to £1.4M.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5-day workweek, including Saturdays)
