- 4 days onsite (Friday's working from home and half a day!)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement early careers recruitment strategies.
- Engage with universities and colleges to promote opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce needs.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.
- Help to innovate, enhance, and develop our apprentice, graduate and industrial placement programmes
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and mentors across the business.
- Oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account and report on usage of the apprenticeship levy fund.
- Arrangements to facilitate regular networking and development days for their apprentices and graduates. Attend and promote at job and career fairs, assemblies and events in schools to actively promote Apprenticeships.
- Maintain databases for apprenticeships, graduates, Create monthly data reports on progress against metrics.
About you:
- Expertise in apprenticeship standards, Digital Apprenticeship Service, and collaborating with training providers.
- Proven experience in Early Careers, Emerging Talent, or Learning & Development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled in relationship management, thriving in a highly collaborative team environment.
