Your Role as a Construction Manager:
* To oversee and manage structural tests, surveys, maintenance, and repairs on civil projects
* Attend client meetings, dealing with any queries with effective communication
* Conduct site visits when required to do so travelling across London and Essex
* Manage and coordinate with the in-house teams
The Successful Construction Manager background will include:
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Experience dealing with external partners within the civils industry
* Managing and delivering several projects at a given time
* Experience within the UK Civils market
* Fully Clean Drivers licence
