Are you a confident and ambitious Building Surveyor who can bring Technical Due Diligence knowledge (TDD)?

Known for being an approachable and employee first Building Consultancy they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Oxford Circus office.

They work across high end Commercial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The role

Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, project monitoring and providing support in project management on a variety of projects.

The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.

Key Requirements:

  • A BSc in Building Surveying / Real Estate
  • Technical Due Diligence knowledge
  • Dilapidations experience
  • Consultancy background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
