JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client is currently looking for an experience, fast paced and hardworking Deputy Cleaning Manager based on a large commercial building in South Manchester. This role is to manage staff effectively and ensure efficient working practices and standards are in place
HOURS
Monday to Friday
Week 1 - 7am - 3:30pm
Week 2 - 10:30am - 7pm
You will be expected to work 4 hours every other weekend.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 8 supervisors
- Building a good relationship with the client
- Looking after the day-to-day operation of the site
- Training, back to work forms, monitoring sickness, audits
Requirements for the role
- Previous management experience
- Cleaning and catering experience
- Previous experience with computer systems and Microsoft
