Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

You will be managing a team and playing a key role in business development. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee project budgets and costs, manage tender and contract documentation, and provide support to junior staff. Regular project reviews, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements are also integral to the position.

You will be responsible for:

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Requirements

    BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Ideally have experience working on residential projects MRICS or currently working towards Experience within a private practice/consultancy Strong pre and post contract knowledge Business development experience
