Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Salary: Up to £30,000
Working Hours: 35 hour working week & onsite full time Full time permanent contract

Responsibilities Included:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations to support the department's growth and efficiency.
- Facilitate a smooth handover process by working closely with the outgoing HR Admin.
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
