Quantity Surveyor Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post-contract duties, working closely with clients on a variety of residential projects. The position offers strong APC support, making it ideal for those near to achieving their MRICS.
You will be responsible for:

Managing pre and post-contract documentation
Conducting cost analyses
Collaborating with the project teams
Attending client meetings
Ensuring compliance with company standards
The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Relevant residential experience
Previous experience within a PQS or consultancy environment
Basic knowledge of pre and post-contract procedures
