JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Ashton to start in the new year. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
Rotational shift pattern
6am-2pm and 2pm-9pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
Key holder - opening and locking building
Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
Must have an enhanced DBS
Maintenance experience
