Dove & Hawk are working with an award-winning and the leading estate agency in Palmers Green. They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
- Providing detailed viewing feedback.
- Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
- Produce the relevant paperwork required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in residential lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have a general knowledge of North London, ideally having worked in the local area in lettings
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good with people and handling difficult situations that may arise.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own car
Package & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £20,000-£23,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £30,000-£33,000 (uncapped)
- Monthly target bonus and backings Bonus
- 5-day working week: Mon-Thu 8:45-18:30, 8:45-18:00 Fri, 9:30-16:00 Sat
- Car Allowance provided
