TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, KENNINGTON
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well-known independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
- Managing the lettings process from offer to move in
Requirements of the role:
- University degree or experience working in a sales environment
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Motivated, driven and keen to pursue a career in property
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
Salary budgets: £21,000 basic salary, £40,000 - £45,000 OTE + car allowance & quarterly bonuses (if target met)
Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Fridays 6pm finish, every other Saturday 9.30am - 4pm
