Dove & Hawk are working with an established, and respected, local estate agent looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator based in Belsize Park.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
- Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
- Conducting valuations when needed.
- Providing detailed viewing feedback.
- Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
- Produce the relevant paperwork required.
Requirements of the role:
- 18 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in Northwest London.
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Immaculate presentation.
- Strong IT Skills
What's on offer
- Basic Salary: £25,000 / OTE: £60,000 - £70,000
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-15:00 with half day off in the week if Saturday worked
- Car Provision: Access to pool car (Mini Cooper). Full UK drivers' license is a must
