A well-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in delivering exceptional projects across multiple sectors in London and surrounding counties.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you'll lead diverse construction projects from inception to completion, guiding clients through all RIBA stages while ensuring quality, timeline and budget targets are met. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including commercial and super prime residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across all RIBA work stages
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project teams, consultants and contractors
- Implement effective risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods
Requirements
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment
- Demonstrable UK project management experience ??
- Comprehensive knowledge of RIBA work stages
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
- Experience across multiple sectors (commercial and super prime residential experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
