Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £35k-45K depending on experience plus company benefits.
Location: London with the remote working
Role information: Our client is looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to start on a Permanent position in London based out of there London office with the occasional working from home.
The ideal candidate would need to have 3years experience ideally within a tier1 construction company, you will need to have Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential schemes between £10 and £40 million.
The desire to engage with project teams to develop commercial awareness.
What are we looking for?
As an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and CIOB or RICS Membership.
You should also have strong knowledge of Collating and / or producing site records necessary for interim and final account payments and cost reports, including materials received records.
