Role: Project Manager
Salary: up to €65,000
Role based: Donabate
We are seeking a
Project Manager to join our skilled team in Donabate to cover predominantly the Leinster region with some nationwide projects.
Working as part of the team, your role will be responsible for coordinating the execution of all construction activities that take place on customer sites ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship and efficiency all under Projects Manager's mentorship.
Ensuring that the customer is kept aware of the status of the project and that issues are promptly followed up with progress communicated to the customer and relevant stakeholders.
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans
* Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget, reviewing and evaluating cost estimates
* Understand scope of work to bid, prepare estimates and ensure they are completed in a timely manner ensuring POs are detailed for all products.
* Ensure that resources are allocated to individual projects in accordance with the plan developed by the Projects Manager.
* Provide site supervision of Portakabin and/or appointed sub-contractors for the duration of the project.
* Ensure that all on site Portakabin employees and/or appointed sub-contractors complete all tasks to the quality standards required and in accordance with the defined company health and safety procedures.
* Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, trade partners, and customers

Our ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
* Project knowledge
* Strong knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Project,
* Ability to works productively in a high pressure environment,
* Ability to perform against deadlines and milestones,
* Strong skills in making rational judgements from the available information and analysis,
* Leaving Cert or equivalent level of education, including Maths and English,
* Full Irish driving licence.
