Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Coordination: Plan and schedule construction activities, ensuring efficient sequencing of tasks and optimal resource allocation.?

  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives.?

  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, ensuring costs align with the established budget, and implement cost-control measures as necessary.?

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction work meets the specified standards and promptly address any issues.?

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate potential hazards.?

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, reporting on project progress and addressing any concerns.?

  • Procurement: Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability to prevent project delays.?


Requirements:


  • Certifications: Possession of SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid at Work, and a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.?

  • Experience: Proven track record in managing multi-residential construction projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects successfully.?

  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and teamworking skills.?

  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of building methods, regulations, and health and safety standards.?

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is typically required for site visits and meetings.?
