LETTINGS MANAGER - HARINGEY, NORTH LONDON
My client is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their team in the vibrant property industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating private and council property lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for lettings
  • Arrange viewings and negotiate offers
  • Build up the relationship with councils and other housing schemes for guaranteed rent leases
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels to attract potential tenants
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements for property transactions
  • Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property lettings, especially dealing with council schemes
  • Must have an outgoing personality with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be confident and have experience of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Administrative: Ability to organise and maintain detailed property records efficiently
  • Organisational: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships effectively
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally


Salary budgets: £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary, £50,000 - £55,000 OTE

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
