Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Manager
Location: South East London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Car, Van or Car Allowance + Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable Social Housing contractor based in South East London. There is scope for this position to be for a Manager instead of a Supervisor for the right candidate.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day running's of their social housing contracts - the work is all communal no domestic works involved
  • Signing off certs
  • Ensuring compliance is being kept to
  • Invoicing
  • Signing off time sheets
  • Scheduling work for engineers
  • General supervisory duties

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Relevant Electrical Qualifications - 2391, 18th Edition, 2365 or equivalent
  • NICEIC Registered
  • Experience working in Social Housing
  • Happy to be predominantly office based
